Ingredients

2 c. flour (self-rising)
2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
6 Tbsp. melted oleo (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar until thick and add melted butter and milk.
Add flour to egg mixture.
Preheat skillet.
Do not baste skillet with oil for the first pancake made.
Turn pancakes when bubbles appear.
This recipe makes thin pancakes, much like Swedish pancakes.
