Tomato Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salt-free tomato juice
1/2 c. peeled and chopped fresh tomatoes
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro
pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a storage container and let the mixture stand overnight to fully develop the flavor. This has just a few calories in the whole batch.
