Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
1 Tbsp. minced pimentos
1/4 c. minced onion
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix everything but butter and a few crumbs.
Pour into greased casserole and top with remaining crumbs and pour melted butter over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
