All American Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. quick oats
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. ketchup

Preparation

Mix well.
Pour glaze over meat loaf.
Microwave on High for 3 minutes to heat glaze.
Let stand a few minutes before serving.
