Pork Chop Dijon - cooking recipe

3 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
2 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
1 medium onion, halved and sliced
Preparation

Combine mustard, Italian dressing and pepper; set aside.
Spray 10-inch skillet with nonstick spray.
Preheat to medium high heat. Add the pork chops and brown on both sides.
Remove chops from skillet and add onion.
Cook onion for 3 minutes.
Push onion aside and return chops to skillet.
Spread mustard mixture over chops. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
