Baked Soy Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (1/2-inch) pork chops
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. white wine
1 large onion, sliced
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Brown the pork chops and minced garlic in the cooking oil. Place browned chops in a 13 x 2 x 9-inch baking dish.
Pour soy sauce and wine over the chops.
Cover with sliced onion and mushrooms.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
Serve with rice, using the extra sauce.
