Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sausage, browned
2 slices bread
1 c. hash browns, thawed
4 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1 can potato soup
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Use greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mix egg, milk and soup in bowl.
Layer browned meat, bread (torn in pieces) and hash browns in pan.
Pour egg mixture over.
Top with cheese. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
