Shells And Cheese With Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) box Velveeta shells and cheese
2 to 3 chicken breasts (boneless and skinned)
1 small onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
4 Tbsp. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. green peas (frozen or canned)
2 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cut cream cheese into squares.
Boil chicken breasts until tender.
Set aside to cool.
Save broth.
Cut chicken into cubes. Cook shells in chicken broth (add water if needed to make 6 cups) for 10 to 12 minutes.
After 6 minutes, add onion and celery. Drain.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir over low heat, just until all cheese melts, and all is blended.
