Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 (8 oz.) can drained, crushed pineapple
Preparation

Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts. Beat eggs slightly. add sugar, oil and vanilla.
Beat until creamy. Add zucchini and pineapple. Stir in dry ingredients until all are moistened. Bake in two 9 x 5
x 3-inch loaf pans, greased and floured. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Cool 10 minutes before removing.
(You may add raisins, if you desire.)
