Spaghetti And Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. lean ground beef
    3 to 4 large cans tomato sauce
    1 large can tomato paste
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    5 cloves garlic
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    2 large onions, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot pepper flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Brown half of ground beef; drain well.
    To meat, add remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring occasionally.
    To remaining beef, add 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. If mixture is too dry, add an additional egg or if too wet, add more Parmesan cheese.
    Roll mixture into balls and brown lightly in skillet on medium heat until browned.
    Add meatballs to sauce. Cook sauce on low heat several hours, stirring frequently.
