Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. evaporated milk (undiluted)
4 well beaten eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
Preparation

Melt butter.
Stir in flour and sugar until well blended. Gradually stir in milk and cook until just hot.
Remove from heat. Beat in eggs and baking powder.
Stir in both cans of corn.
Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour, or until set in center.
