Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 tsp. cornmeal
    1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1 graham cracker pie crust
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Add buttermilk, cornmeal, vinegar, vanilla and eggs. Mix and pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 20 minutes.
