Orange Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    grated rind of 1 orange
    1 c. orange juice
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 egg yolks
    1 baked pie shell
    3 egg whites
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup sugar, flour, salt and grated rind.
    Add juices. Cook in double boiler until thick.
    Stir constantly.
    Add butter and slightly beaten egg yolks.
    Cook for 2 minutes.
    Pour into baked shell.
