Three-Cheese Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 to 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Defrost spinach; drain to remove all moisture.
    Mix together all ingredients except bread crumbs.
    Add bread crumbs and mix until mixture becomes somewhat dry.
    Press into loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Drain off any grease.
    If desired, serve with Italian marinara sauce.
