Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated carrots
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Flour and oil 3 round cake pans.
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour in pans.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Use cream cheese icing.
