Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
1/3 c. warm water
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside.
Mix the dry ingredients in the order given, cutting the oil in.
Add the buttermilk and yeast mixture.
Blend thoroughly.
Make dough into biscuits.
Place into a warm, greased pan.
Let rise 20 to 30 minutes. cook in hot oven (400\u00b0) until brown.
This dough can be stored in the refrigerator for several days if desired.
