Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
    1 stick margarine
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Ro-Tel cheese, grated
    1/3 c. chopped onions (optional)
    Doritos chips (any flavor)
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine.
    Add cooked chicken and mix well. Mix in deep Corningware dish the Ro-Tel tomatoes, cream of chicken soup and grated cheese; add chicken mixture to this.
    Stir well and put enough Doritos chips to cover.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
