Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 Pillsbury (ready made) pie crusts
Preparation

Cook chicken, cut up and mix with soup and veggies.
(Veggies should be cooked al dente before mixing with chicken and soup.) Place one crust in pie plate. Fill with chicken mixture.
Top with second crust.
Brush top with beaten egg.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until crust is brown.
