Chicken Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. scalded milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 unbeaten egg
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 large can chicken (with bones removed)
Preparation
    Soften dry yeast in warm water.
    Combine scalded milk, sugar and salt in large mixing bowl.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Stir in unbeaten egg and yeast.
    Add flour to form a soft dough.
    Let rise in a warm place for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Add chicken to risen dough; mix well.
    Turn into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover; let rise about 45 minutes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve hot with sauce by heating 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk.
