Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 onions, sliced
    1/2 to 3/4 stick oleo
    1/2 to 1 c. Cheddar cheese or Parmesan
    crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Melt oleo and cook onions until soft, but not brown.
    Grate Cheddar or Parmesan cheese.
    Crush the Ritz crackers.
    Layer onions and cheese; top with crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
