Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    chicken thighs (legs)
    2 c. fine bread crumbs
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat eggs; stir in milk.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in shallow baking pan.
    Add water to cover bottom of pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Do not turn chicken.
