Pillsbury Basic Roll Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 3/4 to 3 1/4 c. flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    melted margarine
Preparation
    Heat milk and margarine until very warm (130\u00b0).
    In large bowl blend warm liquid, 1 cup flour, sugar, salt, yeast and egg on low speed.
    Then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes Stir in enough flour to form soft dough.
    Knead until smooth and elastic.
    Place in greased bowl; let rise until double, 45 to 60 minutes.
    Punch down.
