Norwegian Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. flaked salmon, drained
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Scald milk.
Stir in bread crumbs, butter and salt.
Add slighlty beaten egg yolks and cool mixture.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
Add salmon to milk-yolk mixture. Then fold in beaten egg whites.
