Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. diced cooked potatoes
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. salad oil or olive oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped cucumber
1/2 c. chopped watercress
2/3 c. mayonnaise
6 Tbsp. vinegar (white or cider)
Preparation

Combine potatoes and chopped onion in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix salad oil or olive oil with vinegar, salt, paprika and pepper.
Pour over potatoes.
Let stand several hours to marinate. Add cucumber, watercress and mayonnaise.
Mix well.
