Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1/3 c. finely chopped green stuffed olives
2 1/2 oz. jar finely chopped dried beef (Armour; use food processor)
Preparation

Blend all ingredients except beef.
Shape into 2 (6-inch) rolls.
Then roll in chopped dried beef.
Chill thoroughly before serving.
Use crackers or cocktail rye bread.
