Broccoli And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 stick margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stick celery, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 can milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice and broccoli, separate as directed.
    Saute together margarine, onion and celery on medium heat in saucepan.
    Add cream of mushroom soup and milk.
    Add Velveeta cheese to milk and soup mixture, then add sauteed mixture. Cook on low heat until chunks of cheese melt.
    In 13 x 9-inch greased baking dish.
    Add rice and chopped broccoli, folding lightly.
    Pour sauteed mixture over rice and bake 1/2 hour on 350\u00b0 or until done.
