Zucchini Bread(Makes 2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. chopped zucchini, peeled or unpeeled
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Set oven at 350\u00b0.
    Mix together eggs, oil and sugar.
    Add chopped nuts and zucchini mixture.
    Beat well.
    Add flour, soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into a 9 x 5-inch greased loaf pan.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Let cool 10 minutes and remove from the pan to cool completely.
    For eggless, omit eggs and add 6 tablespoons of water.
