Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 lb. brisket
    1/2 bottle liquid smoke
    2 tsp. onion flakes or juice
    barbecue sauce
    4 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    4 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Put in pan. Mix all ingredients together and smooth over meat. Pour barbecue sauce (your choice of barbecue sauce) over all. Cover with foil tightly. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 7 hours.
