Fresh Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs (1 at a time)
    1 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. plain flour
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat sugar and Crisco until creamy. Add eggs 1 at a time (beating well). Sift flours together. Add alternating with milk, stirring until just moistened, add vanilla. Pour in 3 greased and floured 9 inch pans. Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
