Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing mix
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place thawed hash browns in 13 x 9 x 2 greased casserole dish. Mix soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and onions.
    Pour over potatoes. Top with the dressing mix that has been mixed with the melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 12.
