Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1/3 c. water
16 oz. raw peanuts
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. baking soda
Preparation

Grease 2 cookie sheets.
Place sugar, corn syrup and water in a glass bowl.
Cook in microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Stir in peanuts.
Cook on Roast setting for 11 more minutes.
Stir in margarine and soda.
Pour on cookie sheets and spread to 1/4-inch thickness.
