French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. coconut
    1 prepared pie shell
Preparation
    Melt butter; beat in sugar and vanilla.
    Beat in eggs and buttermilk.
    Stir in coconut.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
