Potato Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 good sized potatoes, boiled with no salt
    2 (10 oz.) cartons sour cream
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 bunch spring onions, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (may be less; add sparingly)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; drain and mash.
    Stir in sour cream, 1 cup of cheese, onions, salt and pepper.
    Turn into a casserole dish.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight or for several hours.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
