Carefree Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 c. popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place popped corn in a brown grocery bag.
    Combine next 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Microwave 2 1/2 minutes; stir well. Boil in microwave for 3 minutes; stir well.
    Add soda and vanilla; stir very well.
    Pour over corn in bag.
    Shake very well. Microwave on High for 1 minute; shake well.
    Microwave on High for 1 minute; shake well.
    Microwave on High 1/2 minute; shake well. Microwave on High for 1/2 minute; shake well.
    Pour onto cookie sheets.
    Cool and store in airtight container.
