Homemade Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 Tbsp. sour cream
    graham cracker crust
    pie filling for topping (cherry, blueberry or strawberry)
Preparation
    Combine in mixing bowl, cream cheese, sugar and eggs.
    Mix until creamy and has no lumps.
    Add vanilla, then add sour cream and continue mixing.
    Pour mixture into 10-inch spring-form pan which has graham cracker crust on bottom (be sure you spray pan with Pam first).
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes in a convection oven or 2 to 3 hours in a conventional oven.
