Pat'S Goodies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream the cheese.
Add sugar, egg yolk and vanilla. Spread one package of crescent rolls on cookie sheet, pressing sides together.
Spread the cream cheese filling over the rolls.
Add the other package of rolls on top of this and pinch sides together.
Brush with egg white (unbeaten).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
Remove from oven and spread Glaze over pastry.
