Neiman-Marcus Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients; set aside (should be crumblike texture).
Mix well the remaining 4 ingredients.
