Easy White Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter
    nuts (your choice)
Preparation
    Boil slowly the sour cream and sugar, stirring constantly, to soft ball stage.
    Remove from heat and add the vanilla and butter. Beat by hand until sets up.
    When it starts to set up, add nuts of your choice and pour into greased pan.
