Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    3 c. raw apples, diced
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar; mix in dry ingredients.
    Add mixture and eggs.
    Add vanilla; blend.
    Stir in apples and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
