Peach Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained on paper towel
    1 c. sour cream
    1 box white or sour cream cake mix
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    egg or 2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut margarine into dry cake mix until crumbly.
    Mix in coconut.
    Pat mixture lightly into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan, building up edges slightly.
    Bake for 10 minutes. Arrange peach slices on warm crust.
    Blend sour cream and egg; drizzle over peaches (will not completely cover peaches).
    Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are light brown.
    Do not overbake.
    Serve warm.
