60 Minute Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour, unsifted
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. margarine
Preparation

In large bowl, thoroughly mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast (undissolved).
Combine milk, water and margarine in saucepan.
Heat over low heat until very warm (130\u00b0).
Margarine does not need to be melted.
Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed on mixer scraping bowl occasionally.
Add 1/2 cup flour and beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
Stir in enough flour to make soft dough.
Turn out on lightly floured board.
Knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top.
Cover and place bowl in pan of warm water.
Let rise 15 minutes.
Roll 3 balls and put in greased muffin pans (or shape as you wish) and let rise a few more minutes.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until done.
