Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (15 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 can fruit pie filling (blueberry or cherry)
1/2 c. pecans (if desired)
Preparation

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature so it will blend better.
Mix cream cheese and milk with electric mixer until smooth.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
If nuts are used, mix with fruit filling.
Pour on top of pie. Chill and serve.
