Creole Potato Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large yams
butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 c. seedless raisins
marshmallows
Preparation
-
Bake yams;
remove
the meat and mash it with a liberal amount of butter. Then add next 7 ingredients.
If the mixture is too thin,
thicken
it\twith
flour.
It
should be of the consistency of thick mashed potatoes.
