Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini or summer squash
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Slice zucchini into thin pieces.
    Boil in water for 6 to 8 minutes.
    (Shake pan to keep from burning.)
    Drain well.
    Combine sour cream, butter, grated cheese, salt and garlic powder over low heat until melted.
    Add zucchini and mixture in casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
