Continental Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon or orange gelatin
    1 1/2 c. grapefruit juice
    1 (16 oz.) can diced beets
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin with the hot grapefruit juice.
    Add 1/2 cup of beet juice.
    Chill until partially thickened.
    Fold in drained beets, celery and lemon juice.
    Pour into mold.
    Chill and serve with sesame dressing.
