Lo-Cal Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1 can chunky fruit cocktail
    1 pkg. vanilla sugar-free instant pudding
    3 Tbsp. sugar-free Tang (optional)
Preparation
    Choose fruits in own juice (no sugar added).
    Drain fruit and reserve pineapple juice.
    Mix together pudding, Tang and reserved pineapple juice.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Chill.
