Blueberry Pear Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. water
    2 c. fresh blueberries
    4 medium-size fresh pears, peeled, cored and chopped
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. skim milk
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine 1/4 cup sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Stir in water, bring to boil over medium heat.
    Cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and gently stir in blueberries and pears.
    Spoon mixture into 9-inch square baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray.
