Fresh Mushroom Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
4 to 5 medium potatoes (1 1/2 lb.), thinly sliced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

In small bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.
Cover bottom of a greased, shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish with a layer of potatoes.
Sprinkle with some of the flour mixture.
Add a layer of mushrooms.
Sprinkle with some of the Parmesan cheese; dot with butter.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
Pour milk over baking dish.
Cover and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking until potatoes are tender and top is browned, about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Makes 6 servings.
