Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 Cups Sugar
    2 Cups Butter
    2 Eggs Well Beaten
    4 Cups Flour
    Walnut Halves
    1/2 Cup White Sugar with 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon Mixed in
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar and slowly add the flour.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Chill overnight.
    Roll out thin on floured board. Cut out with round cookie cutter.
    Brush with egg whites and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
    Press walnut halve in center of each cookie.
    Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
