Spicy Almond Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) fryer, cut up and skinned or 5 to 6 chicken breasts, skinned
    1 (14 oz.) jar red currant jelly
    1/2 c. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Add chicken and cook about 10 minutes or until brown.
    Place chicken in a Pam-sprayed 13 x 9 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.
